Frequently asked questions

Is the city bike good for beginners?

Yes. It’s the easiest bike to ride, and the Old Port trails are flat and well maintained.

Can I ride up to the Upper Town on a city bike?

Yes, but the hills are steep. If you plan on a lot of climbing, an e-bike is more enjoyable.

Can I add a child seat or trailer?

Yes, on request when booking. See our kids’ and family bikes.
